🤰🏽 Prenatal Visits:
Every 4 weeks until 28 weeks
Every 2 weeks until 36 weeks
Weekly visits until birth
In-home and in-office visit options available
Each visit includes comprehensive clinical care (blood pressure, fetal heart tones, measurements, and assessments), time to answer all your questions, and emotional/spiritual support.
🧪 Labs & Referrals:
Routine prenatal lab work and screenings
Referrals for ultrasounds, genetic testing, chiropractic care, therapy, or other supportive providers as needed
🤝 Birth Team Support:
Experienced birth assistant present at your labor and birth
Access to trusted doula referrals
Option to plan a water birth with your own or our birth tub
🧾 Education & Resources:
Handouts and personalized education for each trimester
Birth planning support
Newborn care and postpartum preparation
Access to herbal, homeopathic, and nutritional guidance

24- 48 hours, 1-week, 3-week, and 6-week postpartum visits
